That's why we require a minimum of 5 years claims paying experience for all beginning examiners and a minimum of 10 years claims paying experience for our senior examiners. National Call Center
At Atlas, we have ensured that our customer service department, ourNational Call Center, is staffed with intensively trained individuals empowered to answer each client's questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Each representative understands claims processing and must have at least 3 years customer service experience. Dedication to accuracy and service is their primary goal.
Underwriting - Actuarial
Atlas follows the Service 1st mentality and commitment, proactively recruiting and employing some of the most seasoned underwriters and actuaries in the nation to best service the diversity of its clientele. By having its underwriting and actuarial staff in-house, Atlas eliminates costly errors in communication. Timeliness and accuracy are also greatly enhanced as our in-house staff focuses strictly on you, the Atlas client, rather than trying to provide equal quality to a variety of TPAs.
